Review by Jonny Powell

Lower 48's latest album, Hot Fool, is a captivating and energetic record that showcases the band's versatility and musical prowess. From the opening track, "The End," to the closing notes of "All That Glitters," the album is a thrilling ride that keeps listeners engaged from start to finish.

The band's blend of indie rock, folk, and Americana is evident throughout the album, with each track showcasing a unique sound and style. The instrumentation is top-notch, with guitars, drums, and keyboards all working together seamlessly to create a dynamic and powerful sound.

One of the standout tracks on the album is "Trails," which features a catchy guitar riff and a driving beat that will have listeners tapping their toes and nodding their heads along to the music. Another highlight is "Hot Fool," which is a slower, more introspective track that showcases the band's ability to create emotional and heartfelt music.

About The Lower 48

The Lower 48 are a 3 piece rock and roll outfit from the West Coast of America. The band consists of multi-instrumentalists Ben Braden, Sarah Parson, and Nicky Sadler, who all share the lead singing role. A powerful trio that focuses heavily on rhythm, three-part harmony, and classic pop hooks, they display trademark influences of 60's/70's Rock & Roll, and Blues and Folk while never getting away from their own dancier modern Pop sound. A truly fresh take on the classic sounds familiar to all of us
